Millennial here. We don't eat out at all anymore. Prices are outrageous! (and we can afford it, but just not worth it anymore)

I realize that nothing is permanent but it is so good to see Tanner is continuing Jim's dream. Pete, please try to continue with updates on Tanner's progress. I and my wife are in the older part of the boomer generation and rarely eat away from the home. I dislike spending $30 and sure as hell wont ever pay $200 when I can eat healthy at home for $5

Funny how eating fresh fruit and veg like a simple peasant is now a Bourgeoise indulgence by people that can't really afford it to begin with. Our Society is broken.

Godspeed Jim! Thanks for all the great info over the years. As for eating out "twice a week", that's 8x a month, 96 times per year (~100x) at $100 for a family, that's $10,000 a year! Yikes! Imagine what other better things you could do with that money.

Millennial here...we cook at home everyday. Probably out to eat once a month max. Lots more of us than you think. The Sunn Hemp is fantastic. I am in Clearwater on a tiny lot and getting close to crimping the Sunn Hemp! Great video, guys.

20 percent organic matter is insane lol, that's an accomplishment. I thought that something like 8 or 9 percent was all you need, but I could be wrong? Anyway, glad to see you continuing these videos, I've enjoyed watching them and it has inspired my own fledgling gardening efforts. Also the original farm name is great, but my 6 months old's name is Theo, so I can't complain too much 😂

Thanks for showing/sharing this 👍 Can you clarify how he was saying it wouldn’t be a problem in the garden since there was seeds in the hay? So if you use it as a layering mulch you don’t get the grass seeds?🙏🏼

if you want to grow eucalyptus seeds, or and australian native, light a campfire, when the fire is dead take the charcoal or even ash and put som on the top of the soil / sand and water it in.

As someone who has lived in maine and currently lives in florida, i cant wait to get back to the mountains. The plant varieties might not be as diverse but i can grow 5x the amount of food over the summer when you factor in the cost of property. Im glad he'll be able to spend time homesteading with his little one.

I definitely miss having some hills and mountains, I live here now but originally from CT. Also it's definitely tough to grow stuff here. More pests, summer heat and humidity is tough for plants (and humans). There are tropical fruits and what not, but I'd love to grow some peaches and blueberries but it's too warm where I'm at in Florida even for low chill hours. Pros and cons of living anywhere I guess
